Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional special offers to patients who have opted in to receive these communications. You can expect to receive messages related to your orthodontic care and treatment options.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and preferences. Typically, you may receive 2-4 messages per month for appointment reminders and confirmations.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to (510) 571-3585. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially on our website or text “START” to (510) 571-3585, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
